Arrived at 10:30 for service on Sierra EV (tire rotation). 2 hours in, I text service writer and he says “10-15 mins, almost done”. An hour later I go to desk. I when to dealer at 830am for oil change was done at 1120am was never contacted that vehicle was done. Was inform would take 2 hours, but took way longer. Gave inform to staff for service mgr to call at 1120 was busy and 619 pm now and did not get call back
Oct 9,2024. I visited your dealership with the intention of purchasing a vehicle for my brother, and everything was proceeding smoothly until a desk manager named Tony intervened.
Tony's behavior was extremely unprofessional, rude, and, most disturbingly, racist. His aggravated demeanor and unacceptable comments caused significant distress and ultimately led me to break off the deal. It is disheartening to encounter such conduct, especially in a professional setting where customers expect respect and courtesy.

Easy! That was my experience at Caposio Buick GMC. My sales guy Josh did an excellent job finding the Truck I was looking for and was very knowledgeable. Nathan sales manager was very helpful as well. I love my 2024 GMC Sierra 1500.
Mediocre service, I was spoken to like a child. I waited four hours for my service to be completed.
Service was very professional and kept me formed. Also Cassie did a great job with her courtesy and respect.

I had a at 10:00 appointment for a oil change and a tire rotation. I left at 11:30 and my car had not even been looked at yet. I anticipate that if I have a 10:00 appointment that my car will be taken in at 10:00. Isn't that the point of a appointment?
My car was there for 2 days and no diagnosis or repair was completed. I was told they didn't know what the problem was.

Cassie Is classy she is a wonderful service advisor who keeps you highly informed and meets all of your service needs for your vehicle. I used to service my vehicle at Victorville Chevrolet and as of now dealing with Cassandra, I am no longer returning to the dealership. I had an appointment for an oil change and to check out the TMPS system nice it keeps losing pressure. My car still sat in the entryway for over an hour before I went up to ask when it would be taken back to service.
A different service writer checked and had it taken back shortly. The oil change was completed within an hour but I was told that they only had time to check the tires for leaks and I would need to make another appointment for the TPMS to be addressed.

2 1/2 hours for an oil change. What’s the point of making an appointment. I get that sometimes things get pushed back because of other services. But their was 0 communication for 2 1/2 hours I was their.
Waited 2 hours for an oil change ask for an update. Over heard conversation that they never started oil change and that car was forgotten. Came up with an excuse that they were waiting for an oil filter. Took car without oil change due to emergency. Came back an hour later to finish oil change and still waited and extra hour after coming back. Very slow service than before. Used to only take about 45 minutes or less a few years back for oil changes.

The service dept was spot on repairing my car. I had plans to leave town, Ms Cassie she kept me update on my repairs. Ms. Cassie is an OUTSTANDING Service Advisor. KUDOS to her and the tech that work on my car. they had it ready Thursday. before i left town also, her can do attitude made me feel good. we both came up with plans if the car was not done before left town. Amber and Darian were absolutely FANTASTIC! They had the utmost respect and were never pushy with making a sale. Plus Darian was excited about the vehicle he was showing rather than getting excited about making the sale - that’s a quality that will get me to recommend others. Nathan was good, but seemed to be dismissive after making the sale when issues were brought up. -issues will be resolved and maybe my explanation of issues weren't exactly clear. Overall experience was top notch and couldn’t be happier.

I took my denali in for a recall and they make you sign a contract that if they break the dash while fixing the recall they are not liable. Even though they broke it. Unfortunately you need to fix the recall and they know that. No accountability, didn't feel coftabke while I was there. Will never buy or recommend them for anything.
