Cristian in service department got my tire fixed and got it done with in 3 hours after calling the service department! I live a hour away from the dealership and needed to have it fixed that day so I could get to all my doctors appointments for the rest of the week! It was 1:45 Pm when I called him! I’ve had consistently great experiences with the Service Department—especially Josh, who has been awesome. He addressed all of my concerns thoroughly and kept me informed throughout the process. One of the recent issues was tied to a previous repair, but even then, the process was completely painless. The internal part and labor warranty was honored with no hassle at all. The Parts Department has also been fantastic—very knowledgeable and helpful whenever I’ve needed replacement parts. I have an extended warranty, and I’m glad I do. The repair process under that coverage has been smooth and straightforward. While I was a bit surprised that my 2016 truck needed major repairs around the 100k mile mark, I’m grateful the vehicle was always returned to me with my personal settings intact and treated with care—like a new vehicle. Overall, based on my experiences over the last couple of years, I fully intend to continue bringing my vehicle to this dealership for any future needs or concerns.

Good Afternoon and To whom it may concern, I have been looking for a Buick Envista ST (Aquamarine color) in Los Angeles area for about a month. My name is Dale and wish to share a in a few words what a wonderful and awesome car buying experience at the Caposio Buick Dealership in Victorville, CA. My family and I were vacationing in Las Vegas. On the last night I did a Buick dealer inventory search to see if my car was out there. After 4 dealerships in the greater Las Vegas/ Henderson area, there were no Aquamarine Envista's for sale. I increased my radius toward Los Angeles as I was returning the next day. My phone displayed one 172 miles away in Victorville CA. I text messaged "Sal" Internet sales and he promptly texted back photos, and information, directions and a friendly invitation to stop by on my way home. We were excited that he had a car match and arrived at Caposio Buick about 4 p.m. We pulled into Caposio Buick and the Envista was sitting right in front of the dealership showroom windows. We met with "Benny", He was so friendly and nice to us. Benny offered use of the restrooms, water and chairs to talk and relax from the long drive. Before even talking about the Envista. Benny's product knowledge, professionalism, and understanding was certainly unexpected! He took the time to show us the car and all of the many features and technology. As he mentioned the Aquamarine Envista arrived a few days ago, My family and I were interested to make an offer. The sale was agreed upon, sales manager "Brody" met us and congratulated us on the purchase. Brody was very transparent, friendly, and there was no pressure or stress in this purchase. We met with "Andrew" in finance. He was very friendly, and thoroughly explained our options, and what we were signing. As the all-weather floor liners were not present in the car, Brody assured us they will be ordered and shipped to our address, We walked to the Parts Dept. to place the order, and I also ordered a cargo liner for the rear cargo area. The staff in the parts dept. were friendly and processed my transaction. They thanked me for my purchase. At this time Brody thanked us and Benny then took us out to our new car! He took a picture of us in front of the car and sent it to me! We then got in our new Envista ST and he explained the features and how to use the touch screen, called OnStar to register, paired my phone, and helped me prepare for my ride home. Benny was so patient and kind. I asked many questions and his knowledge and experience with Buick surely was noted! In closing I just want you to know that our car buying experience was so seamless and unbelievably pleasant and actually FUN ! The whole Caposio Buick Team were wonderful! Benny, Sal, Brody, Andrew, Parts Dept. and lastly the friendly car porter that smiled when he assured me that he is going to clean and gas my beautiful Blue Buick just for me! I feel very welcome in the Buick Family as a first time Buick owner. I will certainly send Caposio Buick some business for great customer commitment. Best Regards, Dale

At the dealership I was treated very well by all personal. as for my truck it went to the service area so I don't know what happens there but I believe it was professionally taken care of. so they all get 5 stars. my concern is what GM didn't do with the engine 6.2. even after the test I still not comfortable with the band-ad fix, test, 0w40 oil, new oil cap and insert for my manual. While service costs at a dealership tend to be more expensive than the average, small business, mechanic shop, repair service at a dealership comes with high expectations and service. Service Advisors should be proficient and are expected to review all work orders with the customers prior to the completion of the work and explain the cost in repairs. When customers picks up their vehicle, the customer’s experience should not be a mere pass to the cashier window for the customer to pay for service and then have to ask for the service order to then review the costs.

Thanks to Sal and Josh! My wife and I had a great, no-nonsense experience. I don't generally enjoy the car buying experience, unfortunately. In my (past) experience, poor follow up leaves me uninformed, while consistent communication leaves me misinformed. Not this time! Quick and painless. We bought and drove away the same day Sal made first contact. He clearly understands speed to lead - I received a call very quickly following a web inquiry. He also understands solution based selling - he asked questions geared towards solving my problems, and provided solutions. The dealership was clean, fridge stocked, and staff was very friendly and professional. In fact, it's the little things that impressed me. Josh, the finance manager, kept the signature documents facing me and worked "upside down" to save time - he made sure to point out the aggregation of marginal gains was meaningful for him to maximize the customer experience. The playing card tricks were a nice touch (even though he knew I saw his false cuts, LOL) Well done! Thanks to all!! To the GM - The finance manager's office felt too dark. I would consider painting it a lighter color... Eggshell perhaps?

I couldn’t be more happy about any aspect of my experience with everyone start to finish. I was searching for a specific truck and was lied to by 3 other dealerships and then called and hounded daily by the same ones. Then I found Caposio and was treated AMAZING. They were honest, extremely nice and accommodating with everything that i asked for. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and i also never leave reviews but this was by far the best experience that i ever had during a purchase and i just had to share. Hopefully someone out there reads this, calls them and asks for Junior and gets the same experience that I had, even the people in the finance were easy to deal with, the guy that delivered my truck was great and i promise i am not getting paid to say all of this! Trust me and buy from Caposio!!!

I was given an appointment for saturday and it turns out they did not have a diesel mecanic on that day and my truck is diesel, I had to have someone come get me and I live an hr away. The day I picked up, they took for ever to bring it to the front, I had to go back in to remind them. Generally speaking your service as well as customer service is very good but not this time. Very unprofesional.

The greatest experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. From starting with Francisco who answered the phone and began to help me to his manager Junior, they were all fantastic. Both of them were very responsive but didn't continue to bother me like all the other dealers we dealt with. We contacted 4 different dealer closer to where we live and were given the typical car sales man nonsense. Lied to and outrageous pricing. Then when we spoke to Caposio Buick GMC, they were upfront and honest with everything they could and couldn't do for me, which most of it was what they could do. They found me everything I wanted and there financing was great too. it was a real pleasure working with all there staff.

After purchasing 3 new vehicles from this dealership, my 2019 GMC sierra that I purchased brand new and paid off already, well maintained, has had serious engine failure at just 85,000 miles. Took it in and it needs 10,000 dollars in repairs. When I expressed my extreme disappointment with my vehicle, the service rep Joshua Mccue had the nerve to tell me "not to be rude, but we don't make'um, we just sell'um" absolutely unacceptable customer service. 10k in repairs on a truck engine with only 85k miles is not normal or acceptable. The truck doesn't even have a tow hitch, its been driven lightly all of it's life and never used for working. Repairs are to be expected with vehicles, but not 10 thousand dollars worth. Joshua didn't show any sympathy and basically told me to go pound sand, even though in cases like this the dealerships can vouch for you to try and get a "goodwill review" from GMC corporate to get this issue resolved and maybe get help. Will never recommend anyone to buy a GMC truck, or this dealerships. They literally lost a very loyal customer. Stay away from them.

I made an appointment for my car service at 1pm that was on May 21st not 22nd, and was told that I could just bring the car in without an appointment and you would service it. I was not informed of that. I was really surprised at the time it took to do all the work which was great! I was given a 2hr window and it was done in about 1hr. He assisted me and my wife with getting a new GMC Sierra 1500 truck. Also, he took us to the store to get snacks and drinks. Made sure we were comfortable, and gave us a good deal, getting us out from under the vehicle we had that was a lemon. Darion is very thorough, personable, and follows up, even after the purchase, making sure we are doing good. I let him know that the new GMC runs great and that my wife is very happy with the new truck. The Sales manager’s trade in values came back at half of real trade in values( I should have walked away then) when I asked about advertised incentives I was met with a deer in the headlight look, especially about the employee pricing for everyone, currently being advertised. That is so rare to find. I had a 2021 Ford Expedition and it was one thing after another. Benny, not only dropped off my new beautiful car, but he had someone come out and pick up my Expedition the next day. My first experience with dealership and it wasn’t all that great. I went in for an oil change and denied other services and was given an invoice of almost $600 which if I didn’t read nor payed attention i wouldn’t have noticed. Also 20 mins after I left the dealership with my truck I was given a call that the technician forgot to torque the drain plug requesting that I go back for him to do so. Only thing reasonable was the wait time.

Brought my truck in at 8:30 for a recall software update and was told it would take an hour to two hours. My truck wasn’t done until 5 PM and I didn’t even receive a complementary car wash.
